The fresh identity for the firm, which is headquartered in Maidenhead and covers credit and intervention hire, comes only a few months after it was acquired by Markerstudy Group. Vision’s team has over 18 years’ experience in the industry and the company has excellent relationships with a host of insurers, bodyshops, recovery operators, claims companies and solicitors throughout the UK.

Our new identity clearly embraces these aims and highlights the energy that flows through our team and seamless offering to motorists.”

Vision’s new blue and orange logo includes a 365 degree clockwise directional arrow to indicate the seamless service it provides to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey throughout any claim. The company’s strapline has also been rejuvenated, replacing the old ‘The Drivers Choice after a Collision’ with the new ‘Your Choice for Hire’, which clearly states the company’s intentions.

Tony added: “We believe in offering a complete hassle-free one-stop-shop service for motorists, from first notification of loss (FNOL) to the end of a claim. We also want to be the vehicle replacement company of choice, providing the services our customers need quickly. Working with our partners, we are driven to keep the claims process moving to enable the best possible service and outcome.”

Vision operates a 24/7 contact centre, open 365 days a year, which is staffed by experienced and personable claims advisers. Over 96% of calls received by Vision are answered in 10 seconds and it has a CSI rating of 98%.

Ahead of its competitors, Vision also delivers and collects vehicles seven days a week and its average delivery time of a vehicle to a customer is two hours. It has regional depots nationwide and a fleet that ranges from a standard small car, through to sports, prestige, 4x4 and commercial vehicles.
