Vision ‘Wear it Red’ for charity on Valentine’s Day

Red is a colour you expect to see on Valentine’s Day (14th February) but Vision Vehicle Solutions’ staff took it one step further, wearing varying shades of scarlet, crimson and ruby for I Love Claims ‘Wear it Red’ Day  in aid of the Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity.

All staff donated £1 each to dress up to raise money for the cause, which provides support to families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness. Over £100 was raised in total by the company.

Martin Wills, Vision Vehicle Solutions’ Managing Director, said: “Our office was like a sea of red; it was a sight to behold and certainly put us all in a good mood on what is meant to be the most romantic day of the year.”

The ‘Wear it Red Day’ was organised by I Love Claims as part of its bid to raise £500,000 for the Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity.

Louise Bingham, the trust’s Corporate Partnerships Manager, said: “A fantastic number of companies from across the UK motor claims sector supported the day and we are very grateful for all the money Vision has helped raise. It makes a huge difference in helping us provide much needed emotional and practical support to terminally ill children and their families."
