If after making a complaint to us you are still unhappy and feel that the issue has still not been fully considered or resolved to your satisfaction, you can contact the relevant ombudsman. 

 

The Legal Ombudsman handles complaints for personal injury claims and the Financial Ombudsman Scheme manages complaints in relation to our accident management service. These organisations will let you know that they have received your complaint and what the next steps will be.
