In addition to providing comprehensive claims management solutions Vision is a key driver in progressing the credit hire industry.
We were one of the founder members of The Credit Hire Organisation (CHO), the only trade body in the credit hire industry and as such have been influential in its development.
In 2000, we also became one of the first companies to achieve working protocol agreements with all the major insurance companies who currently include: Admiral, Churchill, Direct Line, E-Sure, Norwich Union, Privilege, Zurich and many more. This agreement, put in place and mediated by the Association of British Insurers (ABI), enables us to provide our services and benefits to all our customers under a pre-agreed and approved framework.
We have strong involvement with the ABI GTA (General Terms Agreement) Joint Technical Committee, which promotes closer working relationships between credit hire and insurance companies.
Vision, owned by Markerstudy Group, is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and is fully compliant to all current legislation.
