Tony Copeland - Director
Moving to Maidenhead at an early age, Tony went to Oldfield Primary School (where he and Martin Wills became friends at the age of seven), then Desborough Boys School. His knowledge of the area and its community ensures that Vision is able to provide local residents and businesses with a personal approach that is second to none – including old fashioned customer service and values that appear sadly to becoming a thing of the past.
For businesses big and small, Tony would welcome the opportunity to discuss your vehicle requirements. With access to other relevant services in the Vision Group, such as vehicle leasing, accident management and fleet management, he can offer a tailor-made solution for all your transport needs.

  Martin Wills - Director
Martin grew up in Maidenhead and attendedOldfield PrimarySchool, then Desborough Boys School. He worked as a systems designer before opting for a career change, when he and Tony launched Vision in 1995. Martin is also keen to maintain Vision’s involvement in the local area, and plays an active role in Maidenhead’s business community.
As well as overseeing the day to day operations of the Vision Group, with over 30 staff members, he has also achieved the Investors In People accreditation. This includes commitment to Vision employees, creating a great working environment and maintaining the company’s high level of customer service.
