Q. Can anyone hire from Vision?
A. Yes, if you:
. have held a full driving licence for at least one year
. are 21 or over
. have a Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Switch or Solo card
. are able to provide your driving licence and proof of address on request.

Q. Do you offer a delivery and collection service?
A.Yes, we provide a local pick up and drop off service in the Maidenhead area.
Q. What type of vehicles do you hire?
A. We have an extensive fleet, from small hatchbacks to luxury saloons, and also offer sports models, 4x4s and a range of commercial vehicles. You can book from a particular group of car, but not an individual make or model. If a vehicle is not available in that group, we can at our discretion, offer you a car from a higher group at no additional charge.
Q. What areas do you cover?
A. We are based in Maidenhead and service the local district, including Windsor, Slough and the surrounding areas. We can assist you further afield as long as you can collect the vehicle and return it to our offices in Maidenhead.
Q. Do I get a discounted rate if I hire for a long period?
A. We offer very competitive prices for all our vehicles. If you are looking for long-term hire for a month or more, Vision will guarantee an attractive rate.
Q. Do you have to hire for at least one day?
A. Yes. There is a minimum hire period of 24 hours.
Q. What insurance cover do I have?
A. The hire vehicle is covered by a fully comprehensive policy. The only exclusion is windscreen cover. If the screen is damaged during the hire period, any repair or replacement is chargeable to the hirer.
Q. Can I take my vehicle abroad?
A. Yes. You can use our cars abroad for social, domestic and pleasure purposes, but not for business activities. PLEASE NOTE: None of our commercial vehicles are permitted to leave the UK.
